The Service Insurance Company system is a custom software application that handles all aspects of their Commercial Lines - from Rating and Policy Issuance to Agents' Commission Accounting and Receivables Collection Management.
Bay Systems has helped grow the system over the past ten years, and recently upgraded the legacy data to an object-oriented database, facilitating simpler interfaces between systems. We also provided an interface to allow standard report writers to access the data for financial information and policy statistics. Printing policy pages was streamlined through using Adobe JetForm.
