Bay Systems and the Florida Department of Health have developed a custom web-based Immunization System for the State of Florida Immunization Registry. The State Health Online Tracking System (SHOTS™) is online with all 67 Florida County Health Departments participating statewide.

Private physicians' offices throughout Florida can enroll on-line and once authorized access the same database ensuring that necessary records are available to the physician responsible for a child's immunization, whether they are in the private or public sector.

The Immunization System utilizes a sophisticated implementation of the algorithm provided by the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices. This algorithm determines the immunization needs of more than two million Florida children.
