Senior Software Engineer/Information Technology Consultant

More than 5 years experience.

Develop web-based applications based on specifications provided. Review and analyze specifications, discuss coding approach with other senior developers. Design code modules and JavaScript objects as well as web coding libraries such as jQuery and Knockout. Design and develop data retrieval from SQL or object databases. Ensure the delivery of quality, on time, services and deliverables, resulting in high levels of client satisfaction, including:

• Meet with clients to understand system specifications and understand their work practices and the nature of their business.
• Analyze client IT requirements and give independent and objective advice on the use of IT.
• Define software, hardware and network requirements.
• Design, develop, test, install and monitor new systems.
• Organize training for users and other consultants.
• Present progress reports to clients and management.

Junior Software Developer

Less than 5 years experience

Develop web-based applications based on specifications provided. Review and analyze specifications, discuss coding approach with senior developers:

• Design code modules and JavaScript objects as well as web coding libraries such as jQuery and Knockout.
• Assist in design and development of data retrieval from SQL or object databases.
• Review progress and milestones with senior developers and project manager.

Quality Assurance Lead / Tester

Develop and execute software test plans in order to identify software problems and their causes.

• Document software defects, using a bug tracking system, and report defects to software developers.
• Monitoring bug resolution efforts and track successes.
• Design test plans, scenarios, scripts or procedures.
• Create or maintain databases of known test defects.
