Our Team

Bay Systems is a team of highly skilled and experienced information systems professionals, with backgrounds in a broad range of technologies and functional areas. Our team members come from some of the world's top technology and consulting firms and are Project Management Professionals (PMP), Microsoft Certified Professionals (MCP), and Caché Certified Experts (CCE).

We have resources also located in New York, North Carolina, Oklahoma and other locations throughout the United States.

Mark Gerszewski, President

Founder and President of Bay Systems in 1986, Mark has been integrally involved in virtually every project in the company's history.  He was Chief Technical Architect of Florida's statewide immunization registry, designed and developed significant portions of the initial version of Baxter's DoseEdge I.V. pharmacy support application, and led other projects as diverse as an insurance quotation system, medical office support software, and a fully automated medical record system.

Mark holds a BA from the University of Arizona and an MS in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin.
 

Shannon Robison, Vice President of Operations

Shannon joined Bay Systems in 2011. She has over 20 years of experience in project management, software development, and implementation, and is PMP certified. Prior to Bay Systems, Shannon was Director of Information Systems, and later Director of Strategy and Business Development, at Tigrent/Whitney Education Group. She has also held Director level positions at Datapartners, Alvion Technologies, and e-Direct/Naviant.

Shannon holds a BBA in Finance and an MBA in e-Business and MIS from Temple University.
